With a wealth of experience, Dr. Rai previously worked as a psychiatrist at several addiction rehabilitation centers, including Sivana, Holistic Recovery, Remedy Bali, Phoenix Rehab, and New Hope.
In 2023, he founded the Bali Mental Health Clinic, the first private mental health clinic in Bali, which provides comprehensive and specialized care.

Outside of his professional practice, Dr. Rai is actively involved in various social activities. He is the founder of Rumah Berdaya Denpasar, a community-based psychosocial rehabilitation center for individuals suffering from schizophrenia. He is also one of the founders of the Bali Bipolar Community, which aims to provide support and resources for individuals with bipolar disorder. Apart from that, Dr. Rai volunteers as a psychiatrist at the Solefamily Bali Foundation, where he helps liberate and treat confined individuals with severe mental illness. Apart from that, he also serves as a facilitator at Bisahelpline, a 24-hour suicide prevention hotline in Indonesia.
